cultural software + playful systems

Building small, curious software that preserves stories and makes games feel new.

I am Iz. I like cultural archives, remixing game rules, and tools that make community knowledge easier to share. This site collects the pieces I am most excited about right now.

About

I am a software engineer and former engineering manager who now spends time on smaller, intentional projects. I like to pair technical systems with cultural meaning, whether that is an API for proverbs or a game ruleset built around Caribbean heroes.
